NeuMed examines growth plate function and developmental physiology, where height growth actually occurs. HT042 was developed through preclinical evaluation of growth plate responses, not by simply observing final height changes.

TETRACYCLINE

DIRECT MEASUREMENT OF BONE GROWTH


Using preclinical evaluation technologies such as the tetracycline fluorescence labeling method, NeuMed directly measures long bone growth and growth plate responses. Rather than looking only at overall length changes, this method identifies newly formed bone over a defined period through fluorescent labeling.

TRADITIONAL GROWTH KNOWLEDGE REINTERPRETED THROUGH GROWTH PLATE SCIENCE


NeuMed reexamines traditional tonic knowledge used for growing children from the perspective of modern growth biology. More than 100 candidate substances derived from traditional herbs and prescriptions were evaluated based on growth plate responses, leading to the identification of Astragalus, Eleuthero, and Phlomis root as the core candidate combination for HT042.

RESULTS CONFIRMED THROUGH HUMAN STUDIES


HT042 was evaluated in two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human studies involving a total of 217 participants, assessing both growth-related and safety-related indicators.

HT042 is managed under NeuMed’s NeuQure™ botanical quality assurance system. The origin and quality of Astragalus, Eleuthero, and Phlomis root are verified, and raw material consistency is managed through standardized extraction, marker compound analysis, manufacturing process control, and three-step quality testing.
